The Jackalope is a mythical animal from North American folklore, and it is described as a jackrabbit with antelope horns. Even though there are many variations to the legend, it's unusual appearance makes it a very interesting subject for painting. In this illustration, I wanted to depict a jackalope among several natural and magical elements, as a small tribute to its inventive and mysterious stories.
